Euchre trump chart
Name a trump suit and the chart rebuilds the deck around it, bowers included. Add a led card and your own hand to settle a follow-suit argument in one look.
How the chart decides
- The Jack of trump becomes the highest card; the Jack of the other suit of the same color becomes the second highest.
- That second Jack is treated as trump everywhere else, so it no longer answers a lead of its printed suit.
- You must follow the effective led suit if you hold any card of it.
- If you hold none, every card in your hand is legal, including a trump.
- The highest trump wins the trick; with no trump, the highest card of the led suit wins.
